Trust - here it lies deep.

My experience

My work as a licensed therapist in Private Practice has provided me a wealth of knowledge and experience providing understanding and insight into the way we work as human beings.  I have been studying relationships for 20 years.  The relationship you have with yourself, and improving your awareness of what really makes you think and behave certain ways is invaluable as a business skill.  However, awareness is not enough.

Work with me

It all begins by taking the first step. However, awareness is not enough.  I offer sage wisdom into crafting a purposeful growth trajectory, not only for the bottom line for your business, as well as for yourself and your own relationships with your team. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.

Whether or not you feel stuck, coaching can clarify how your values intersect with your organizational culture. We will explore together the questions which will lead to clarification how to get you to your top level. Personally we will examine the ways to improve your mental fitness so that you stop getting stuck in the same areas.

Curiosity and commitment to goals. These are the values I hold which we will use together as we explore those things which need more development. You will do this with someone who has both training in psychology and a vast amount of experience with leaders and the issues they face.  In our discussions you enter a no judgment zone.  1. Without open, honest and real exploration and communication,(Or 2. Without open, honest and real conversation,) we cannot figure out the nuances of your struggles and your greatest aspirations for you or your organization.

I have vast training in Group Process, Change Management, and a background in Psychology, Human Development, Neuroscience and Mindfulness.

At my schooling at University of Pennsylvania, I learned group process from one of the most respected teachers at The Wharton School’s MBA Program for Executive’s, Peter Kuriloff, Senior Advisor on Team Effectiveness. Using the Tavistock Method, this group process training focused intensely on learning group dynamics, power, leadership development and strategy.   See link for more information: https://www.tavinstitute.org/what-we-offer/professional-development/group-relations-programme/

Since becoming a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) in 2011, I have worked with 100’s of C-suite level executives and Leaders.  I am a Board Certified Coach from the CCE (Center For Education and Credentialing).

Prior to Executive Coaching, my calling fueled a successful career in healthcare organizations managing teams. After leaving healthcare, I began a Private Practice as a Licensed Therapist in California, Oregon and Washington. I specialized in working with couples and individuals. I hold a B.S. in Human Development from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.S. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I am a Gottman trained therapist and a “Seven Principles Educator” teaching the skills they utilize from the book “The Seven Principles That Make a Marriage Work”, by John Gottman, Ph.D.

A passion of mine is personal growth and transformation.  My own experience with change, and transition through careers, loss, challenges and relationships has drove my longing to step out of my comfort zone, face my fears, search for meaning  - and help others do the same.  I would be thrilled to support you through the next level of your process.
