Why partner with me for coaching?

Trust - it lies deep.

My experience

My work as a Licensed Professional Clinical Therapist in Private Practice studying relationships for over 20 years has provided me a wealth of knowledge and experience, understanding and insight into the way we work as human beings.  Self-awareness is essential for building authentic trust with our colleagues and teams.  Improving your awareness of how you think and behave certain ways is an invaluable business skill that will translate into more positive and resilient focused action. We will take that further to develop your greatest natural strengths.
